Ignatius Byer Primary School is located in the northeastern part of the island in Lowlands, St. Lucy.
At Ignatius Byer, you can find immaculate landscape around the school’s surroundings, which makes for an amazing, peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Most days you can relax and enjoy the picturesque views of the plateau and the Atlantic Ocean which are breathtaking.
The school is a home away from home to 98 students both boys and girls, ranging from ages three (3) to eleven (11). The staff compliment comprises the principal, eleven (11) teachers and three (3) ancillary staff members who work together as a family.
